New online booking portal for University accommodation

The University has launched a new online booking portal for university accommodation, designed to streamline the booking process for staff. 

The new system allows staff to: 

  • Instantly check room availability 
  • View internal rates 
  • Book accommodation directly with no need to email reservations or wait for confirmation 

Staff can access the portal via MyEd: Staff Resources > Campus Facilities > Accommodation Booking. Use the discount code INTERNAL to access internal rates, and pay by purchase order.

 

Actions for staff 

Staff should ensure colleagues in their College or School are aware of the new process. Any intranet pages, internal communications or resources that mention the old booking procedure should be updated with these new details.
