New colleague

We are delighted to announce Louise Dalgliesh as our new Head of Performance for ladies’ rugby at the University. Louise is a distinguished figure in women’s rugby, celebrated for her extensive experience both on the field as a player and on the sidelines as a coach.

Student smashes Scottish Record

Alyson Bell stormed to victory in the British Indoor Championships 200m, setting a new national record with an incredible time of 23.12 seconds! Well done Alyson.

Hockey success for students

Men’s Hockey 1st team players Kier Robb, Jamie Croll, Iain McFadden, Jamie Golden, Matthew Taylor and Alex Wilson (non-travelling reserve) helped Scotland win the Nations Cup in Oman! A huge well done to Assistant Coach Neil Allan and the squad.

Women’s Six Nations

Six ladies’ rugby players have been selected for the Scotland Women’s Six Nations squad. Hannah Walker, Rhea Clarke and Aila Ronald join the extended squad, while Natasha Logan, Hannah Ramsay and Emily Coubrough have been invited as day trainers.
