New courses
- Allyship at Edinburgh: This new course will help staff explore what it means to be an effective ally at Edinburgh. It demonstrates how allies can help tackle things like micro-aggressions, bullying, harassment and other inappropriate behaviour to help make the University more equitable and inclusive.
- Gender & Sexuality Awareness: This new course covers key terminology, identities and challenges that LGBT+ people face at the University and society in general. It also explores the benefits individuals and organisations such as the University can gain from building diverse and inclusive work, study and research environments.
- Neurodiversity: This course acts as an introduction to neurodiversity and neuroinclusion at the University of Edinburgh, with emphasis on the impact on campus.

- Conducting Effective Interviews: This course follows a manager through an interview process. It explores how to make the right decisions to ensure the interview process runs smoothly and has a positive outcome.
- Recruiting the Right Person: This course follows the entire recruitment process, from writing a job advert through to interviewing the candidates. It explores how to choose the best person for the role, avoiding discrimination and unconscious bias.
