The online toolkit, created by the Physical Activity for Health Research Centre (PAHRC), is designed to help people move more during the day while they are working from home. Volunteers are being sought to test the toolkit and share their opinions of it.
Volunteers must be:
- aged 18+
- employed in a mostly desk-based professional services role; and
- working from home at least one day a week.
The full toolkit is set up to deliver a four-week programme of suggestions to help you move more while working at home. During the testing phase, volunteers will be able to dip in and out as they wish. You will be invited to feedback through a short online questionnaire and an optional online discussion.
