This is a great opportunity to share your views on what you feel works well at the University and highlight areas where you feel there could be some improvement. Your answers will remain anonymous, so please be as open and honest as possible.
The results received will help build on findings from previous staff engagement and hybrid working surveys to inform decisions about future ways of working, as well as build a picture of staff views from across the University. They will also help us track progress towards delivering on our Strategy 2030 ambitions, as set out in our 16 Key Performance Indicators.
