The app lets you browse, search and choose from more than 750 instructor-led learning opportunities and self-paced eLearning courses. It makes it easy to view all your learning activities in one place, and keep track of courses you’re enrolled on, are in progress on, or have completed. You can also use it to record your external learning experiences.
The course catalogue will continue to grow as our community of providers, who design and deliver staff training, make it a one-stop shop for your learning.
Managers can access an overview of their team’s skills and qualifications and assign or recommend learning for professional development to their staff. New colleagues who joined the University after 1 July 2022, will see some of our expected learning, for example courses on diversity, automatically assigned to them.
Video tutorials show you how to search, view and enrol on learning.
There’s also one for managers on how to manage your team’s learning.
People and Money now also includes the Skills and Qualifications app, a digital space to record your education and work history, career preferences, licences, certifications and professional registrations. This valuable tool will help you prepare for your annual review and other conversations with your manager about your role and development.
To get started, select Learning, or Skills and Qualifications, from the Me tab in People and Money.
