Help with hybrid meetings

New guidance is available on the Hybrid Meetings pages of the Hybrid Working Framework for staff running and attending hybrid meetings.

As well as guidance on using the technology, there is a list of 12 hybrid-equipped rooms across campus with information about what kit is available in each. This is supplemented by in-room guidance sheets to help people join and participate in meetings easily.

Feedback is sought from any staff attending hybrid meetings so the hybrid team can find out what is working and what additional support is needed. Please share your experience using this quick feedback form.
