A series of in-person events this month will discuss issues of racism, gender discrimination and inequality on campus.
Community Exercise Respect 2021 has been organised by the University’s Rector Debora Kayembe, a prominent human rights lawyer and anti-racist activist, in conjunction with the University and College Union (UCU) and Edinburgh University Students’ Association.
Staff and students are invited to take part in four productive face-to-face discussion sessions, held in Rainy Hall, New College. These free events will help develop powerful alliances across the University community to more effectively address the issues.
